Our order processing time

Our order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Storagesboxs.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm (EST).

Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected] to our customer service Deronedria Lewis. We will give you priority processing.

Where do we ship from?

Our warehouse address is 1752 Van Bibber Ave, Evansville, Indiana, and your Capsule Coffee Organizer products will be shipped from there after you place your order.

Currently, we only serve the U.S. market.

We choose to serve only U.S. customers because we want to be able to focus on providing the best services and products to our U.S. customers with limited resources and time.

We believe that by focusing on one market, we can better understand the needs and preferences of our U.S. customers and target better products and services.

What is our Shipping Cost?

For all US orders, we will ship via DHL Express.

Free shipping on orders over $30 per order.

Orders under $30 will be charged a $6 shipping fee.

Shipping time is 5-8 business days.

Our Delivery Time

Our delivery time is 6-11 business days. The details will be as follows:

Orders placed before the cut-off time of 6:00 pm.

About the packaging

Our Suction Capsule Coffee Organizer will be packaged in a biodegradable thickened plastic bag and all of our packaging is made from biodegradable materials and will not damage our environment.

Order Tracking

After Capsule Coffee Organizer products are shipped, we will send you the name of the courier company and the tracking number to your email address.

You can also get the courier company and the tracking number in “account order details“.

Sign for receipt

After receiving the Capsule Coffee Organizer, if the damage is found (such as damage, paint loss, scratches, etc. ), please email us via [email protected], and we will offer a return or exchange for you.
