Our return processing time

Our return order processing time is 1-3 business days.

Storagesboxs.com’s hours of service are Monday-Friday, 9:00 am-6:00 pm (EST).

Orders placed after 6:00 pm on Friday will be processed by 9:00 am the following Monday.

Orders are not processed on weekends.

We apologize if it times out. You can email [email protected] to our customer service Deronedria Lewis.

We will give you priority processing.

How do I cancel my order?

Thank you for your interest and support of Storagesboxs.com, we value your shopping experience.

In order for you to enjoy a better shopping service, we provide an online order cancellation function, which we hope will meet your needs.

On the account order details page, you can find the option to cancel your order and follow the instructions.

Please note that the valid cancellation time is two hours, i.e. the order can be cancelled within two hours after the order is placed.

If your order has already been packaged and processed, then it cannot be cancelled.

Orders will be delivered directly to the logistics company for delivery after they are packaged, and we are unable to perform further operations. Please understand our work.

What is our Return Policy?

In order to ensure that you enjoy excellent service during the purchase process, we offer the following return policy statement:

(1) Returns are valid for 7 natural days.

You may return a Capsule Coffee Organizer product at any time within 7 natural days of receipt and we will provide you with a full refund or a new product.

If the return period is exceeded, we will not be able to provide you with a return.

(2) The returned Capsule Coffee Organizer product must have been purchased at Storagesboxs.com.

(3) Returned Capsule Coffee Organizer products must be in new condition.

We accept returns of Capsule Coffee Organizer products that are unopened, unused and in perfect condition.

(4) Returns of Capsule Coffee Organizer products can also be arranged if there are non-man-made quality problems (such as damage, paint loss, scratches, etc. ) during the use of the product.

To ensure the safety and integrity of Capsule Coffee Organizer products, we require that you return them in their original packaging, including all accessories and packaging materials.

How do I Return the Product?

If you need to return an item, you may do so as follows:

(1) Contact customer service via email to request a return.

Please contact our customer service Deronedria Lewis at [email protected] within 7 natural days of receiving the Capsule Coffee Organizer, we will prioritize your order.

(2) Request a return on the account order details page.

You can log in to your account and go to the account order details to request a return.

After you have requested a return, please send the Capsule Coffee Organizer product packaged and addressed to 1752 Van Bibber Ave, Evansville, Indiana.

After shipping, please send the name of the Name of courier company and the Tracking number to our customer service Deronedria Lewis via [email protected]. We will process your return order as soon as possible.

About return shipping costst

(1) If a return is requested due to a product quality issue (such as damage, paint loss, scratches, etc. ) with Capsule Coffee Organizer, shipping costs will be the responsibility of Storagesboxs.com.

(2) If the return is due to personal reasons (such as do not like, do not want, etc.), the return shipping cost will be borne by the customer.

We do not charge re-listing fees.

How do I get a Refund?

Once the returned Capsule Coffee Organizer arrives at Storagesboxs.com’s warehouse and passes a successful inspection, the refund process will begin.

The refunded amount will be returned to your payment account within 1-2 business days.
